I have over 15 years of experience guiding people through difficult times, helping them gain insight, and develop coping skills so that they can move through their lives with confidence.
My approach is compassionate, creative and always based on the client's needs and style.
My perspective is trauma informed and strengths-based, I combine mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy tools along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I have clinical experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and stress management. I am a certified hypnotherapist and believe this complementary therapy enhances the achievement of positive changes.
